Prof. Xiaoqing Wen

Xiaoqing Wen (Fellow, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in computer engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1986, the M.E. degree in information engineering from Hiroshima University, Hiroshima, Japan, in 1990, and the Ph.D. degree in applied physics from Osaka University, Suita, Japan, in 1993.,From 1993 to 1997, he was an Assistant Professor with Akita University, Akita, Japan. He was a Visiting Researcher with the University of Wisconsin, Madison, WI, USA, from 1995 to 1996. He joined SynTest Technologies, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, USA, in 1998, and worked as the Chief Technology Officer until 2003. In 2004, he joined the Kyushu Institute of Technology, Fukuoka, Japan, where he is currently a Professor and the Chair of the Department of Creative Informatics. He founded the Depend-Able Integrated Systems Research Center in 2015 and worked as the Director until 2017. He holds 43 U.S. patents and 14 Japanese patents on very large scale integration (VLSI) testing. He has co-authored and coedited two books, such as VLSI Test Principles and Architectures: Design for Testability (Morgan Kaufmann, 2006) and Power-Aware Testing and Test Strategies for Low Power Devices (Springer, 2009). His research interests include VLSI test, diagnosis, and testable design.,Dr. Wen is a member of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), the Information Processing Society of Japan, and the Reliability Engineering Association of Japan. He was a recipient of the 2008 IEICE-ISS Best Paper Award for his pioneering work on X-filling-based low-capture-power test generation. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Computer-Aided Design of Integrated Circuits and Systems, IEEE Transactions on VLSI Systems, and Journal of Electronic Testing: Theory and Applications.

Prof. Kohei Shiomoto

Kohei Shiomoto is a Professor, Tokyo City University, Tokyo Japan. Since joining NTT Laboratories in 1989, he has been engaged in research and development in the data communications industry on high-speed computer network architecture, traffic management, and network analysis to create innovative technologies for the Internet, mobile, and cloud computing. From 1996 to 1997, he was a visiting scholar at Washington University in St. Louis, MO, USA. In 2017, he joined Tokyo City University to engage in research and education on data science and computer networking. Current research interests include data mining for network management, human flow analysis, cloud computing and blockchain. He has published more than 70 academic papers, 130 refereed international conference papers, and 6 RFCs in IETF. He served as Guest Co-Editor for a series of special issues established in IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management. He has served in various roles organizing IEEE ComSoc conferences including IEEE NOMS, IEEE IM, and IEEE NetSoft. He served as the lead Series editor for the Network Softwarization and Management Series in IEEE Communications Magazine, 2018-2021. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), a Senior Member of the IEEE, and a member of the ACM and the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ).

Dr. Alberto Carrasco-Casado

Alberto Carrasco-Casado received the B.S. degree in telecommunication engineering from Málaga University, Málaga, Spain, in 2005, and the M.S. degree in telecommunication engineering and second M.S. degree in space research from the University of Alcalá, Madrid, Spain, in 2008 and 2009, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electric, electronic, and automation engineering from the Carlos III University of Madrid, Getafe, Spain, and Spanish National Research Council, Madrid, in 2015. In 2015, he joined the Space Communication Systems Laboratory, National Institute of Information and Communications Technology, Tokyo, Japan. His research interests include free-space optics, satellite communications, space engineering, and quantum cryptography.

Prof. Kachi Yasuyuki

Prof. Kachi Yasuyuki is currently a full Professor at the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Aizu (UoA), Japan. He received Master's and Ph.D. degrees from Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences, the University of Tokyo. His research interests include information security, mathematics, and cryprography.
